This project was a 3,500sf new construction project in Monmouth, OR for a drive-thru Walgreens pharmacy. Complete MEPF design build interior and exterior improvements. Worked with local utility jurisdictions for services to the building. Walgreens has very specific design and construction standards for their facilities; WOC communicated closely with the Walgreens design/facility team to work through operational needs of the space.
