This project was a 7,000sf facility built from the ground up for an owner/occupant. Helped owner create project pro-forma for cost decisions of his development. Project consisted of exam rooms, X-ray room, audio booth room, MA spaces, break room and more. The facility was designed to support ENT services while maximizing patient comfort and operational efficiency.
