This project was just under 50,000sf of phased medical/dental and mental health facility. Scope included moving facilities for selective demolition, interior remodels, setting temp dental buildings, 30,000sf two- story addition, demolition of cottages for new parking area, working with operations and facilities management team to design temp walls allowing operations to continue while construction was underway. This renovation added much needed space and fluidity to a current operational facility, while keeping them serving their patients.
