The Polk Community Resource Center serves as a central hub for the community, housing more than ten organizations under one roof for convenience and collaboration. The facility supports a wide range of services, including health and wellness, education, mental health, veteran services, and more. The project required careful coordination of multiple functional spaces, building systems, and accessibility features to create a welcoming, versatile environment for all users.
