They took over a retail development project when the other contractor filed bankruptcy and was unable to finish the project. Their expertise, skill and experience enabled them to take over the project and complete it on time and under budget -- even under those circumstances. They worked well with the architect, engineers, tenants, and most importantly, the city to meet everyone's requirements. Their open book accounting was meticulous and accurate. They were easily accessible and available after the project was completed if needs arose.
