White Oak Construction Plans for Growth in Bend

Bend, Ore. – (May 16, 2014) An increase in construction activity has lured mid-valley based White Oak Construction to expand their business in Bend. The company has worked closely with Salem based Lenity Architecture, who recently opened an office in Central Oregon. Compass Commercial brokers, Dan Kemp and Bruce Kemp, CCIM represented White Oak Construction in its lease of its industrial space at 1117 SE Centennial, suite 130 in the same building as Belfor Property Restoration.
