Project Superintendent- Commercial Construction

White Oak Construction seeks experienced Project Superintendent

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5- 10 years of verifiable commercial project superintendent experience
  • Must be able to pass drug testing and a criminal background check
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be computer proficient in all MS Office suites and MS Project Professional
  • Must maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
  • Must have a high degree of organization
  • Must be a self-starter and project motivator
  • Must have a strong scheduling ability including developing and updating project schedules
  • Must be able to achieve project schedule deadlines
  • Must possess a current ODL, and be insurable to drive company vehicles
  • Must have advanced problem-solving capabilities with owners, consultants and subcontractors
  • Must be experienced in standard carpentry & punch list work (ex: doors and hardware, trim repairs, paint touch up, etc.)

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be dependable, on time, and available to work 40 hours standard per week
  • Promote jobsite safety & security
  • Manage Subcontractor scheduling
  • Use best practices and be able to creatively troubleshoot.
  • Submit daily project reports with documentation
  • Coordinate materials procurement and job site access for deliveries and subcontractors
  • Foster a positive team environment

 

Salary:
